Terms & Conditions

Membership with CCA Business Development & The Institute of Certified Cashflow Advisors including the online training, access to our online platform and your CCA designation are conditional on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions laid out below. These Terms and Conditions apply to all advisors and trainees that may access this program.

1. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information and advice furnished by CCA Business Development including any respective outside partners and employees, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties, coaches or employees except as required by law or necessary to carry out designated powers or as granted by CCA (CCA Business Development).

The registrant agrees to keep all material and training confidential and used for the sole purpose to assist the intended client/prospect with cash management planning. All materials, reports, training and marketing support are not to be shared outside its intended use with media or anyone not enrolled as a member without authorization from CCA Business Development and The Institute of Certified Cash Flow Advisors.

2. PAYMENT

Registration in the CCA program includes training, use of online platform, 5 hours of remote assistant service and CCA Designation. Initial payment for the membership is due at registration. Monthly membership payments will be processed starting on the month following date of registration. Annual payments will be processed once a year on members yearly anniversary date.

3. CANCELLATION

Monthly payment members are allotted to cancel membership at any time following and after 30 days from registration date. To cancel monthly membership, contact our administration team at [email protected]. Our administration team at [email protected] must be contacted 14 days before the next billing date to cancel the membership. Annual payment members are allotted to cancel membership within 15 days of initial registration or annually providing 15 days’ notice prior to renewal. Cancellation of membership does not eliminate invoices already billed. Training and platform access are available up to date of cancelation. Cancelation is effective up to 1 day before monthly renewal date. No refund is issued for the current or prior months. You have 6 months after cancelation to request a download of contacts that will include name, address, phone, the most recent note, and other fields if the fields are not blank. 4. TRAINING

Training materials are online and will be emailed to you once your registration has been completed. We require the completion of training modules. Each module will be available on the platform upon registration. Upon completion of the modules, you will need to complete an exercise relating to the topics discussed. A quiz will need to be completed with a passing score of 80%. Once all modules, exercises and quiz have been successfully completed you will be issued a certificate for your designation as a CCA (Certified Cash Flow Advisor) with The Institute of Certified Cash Flow Advisors.

5. GUARANTEE

The CCA Programs with CCA Business Development guarantees that by following this program you will be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to differentiate yourself with clients. This program provides you with a unique benefit and distinguished service. The CCA Program will help you help more clients liberate money for many of them when implementing the Cash Management Plan. In liberating cash flow for clients you are distinguishing your services and elevating your status as a financial professional. If for any reason you do not find the program beneficial, you are free to cancel membership at any time.

6. CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

All client correspondence is strictly intended for the use and creation of the client Discovery Report. Information obtained by CCA Business Development and/or The Institute of Certified Cash Flow Advisors is not shared with any third party without written authorization from the client and only after instructed to do so by the member.
